Dog Toys I Would Like to Buy

I don’t know about your dog, but Socks has a lot of toys. Some he inherited from my family’s previous two dogs and others I’ve bought for him over the years even though he doesn’t need any more. One of these days I’m going to do a purge and rid the house of the excess toys that lurk in every corner and under every chair. When that happens, I’d like to buy the following eco-friendly toys:

Eco Fetchin Sticks

How stinking cute is this Eco Fetchin Stick? It’s made of natural hemp rope and covered with organic wool. It’s naturally anti-microbial and anti-bacterial so it’s healthier and safer for dogs and it’s completely non-toxic, earth-friendly and available in three different sizes.  Plus it’s machine washable and dryable! You can’t ask for more than that in a dog toy.

Simply Fido Stuffless Dog Toy

Speaking of cute, how about these Simply Fido Stuffless Dog Toys? Socks will occasionally pull the stuffing out of his toys, so this would be great to have in the house. Not only are these toxin and lead-free, but they also emit a satisfying “crunch” when your dog squeezes them. Your pooch won’t miss the stuffing at all!

Orbee-Tuff Strawberry with Treat Spot

Socks adores strawberries, which means he’ll also love this strawberry shaped treat spot! It’s non-toxic, recyclable, and rinses clean. According to the website, “this toy delivers 100% of a dog’s daily requirement of rompoflavin, chompohydrates, vitamin WAG and dietary fun.” Cute!

Cotton Rope Tug and Toss Toy

These Cotton Rope Tug and Toss Toys from Harry Barker would for sure become Socks’ toy of the moment. He loves playing with his rope, and, luckily for me, these ones come in a variety of great colors along with two different sizes. The website also states that these are durable enough to withstand many, many rounds of tug-of-war, plus they’re made with earth-friendly dyes. Sounds like a win-win!
